1. 60 minutes before you plan to use the sauna, turn on the stove (the temperature and time on the stove are already set). Close the sauna.

2. Pour water over the stones only when the stove reaches the set temperature.

3. For safety reasons, the permissible body temperature in a dry sauna is 80°C (for children up to 16 years of age, a maximum of 60°C)

4. The most beneficial treatment, sufficient for the body, is to enter the sauna twice for about 15 minutes. Staying longer may be hazardous to health.

5. A maximum of 4 people can stay in the sauna at the same time.

6. Do not apply any creams to your body or face while in the sauna.

7. A cotton costume/towel is required in the sauna.

8. Leave the shoes outside.

9. It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into the sauna.

10. Before entering the sauna, take a shower.

11. Do not use the sauna wearing earrings, jewelry, chains, watches, glasses or contact lenses.

12. The dry sauna cannot be used by people:

  • Suffering from any skin ailment and other diseases in accordance with the doctor’s contraindications (e.g. cold, flu, fever, mycosis, skin diseases, acute phase of rosacea, hypertension, varicose veins, ulcers, kidney failure, lung diseases, asthma, venereal diseases, epilepsy , glaucoma, colorblindness, heart diseases, acute and chronic diseases, thyroid gland, cancer, tumors, infectious foci)
  • Pregnant women
  • Children and adolescents up to 18 years of age without a guardian.

13. Cool down every time you leave the sauna. During a break in the treatment and after the sauna session, it is recommended to rest and drink water.

14. We are not responsible for any health effects resulting from staying in the sauna.

15. All users are obliged to comply with the regulations.
